With the option of having it free-standing or wall-mounted, we can accommodate any outdoor space and lifestyle. Our custom pergolas are made from aluminium and with the option of adding on LED & RGB lights, motorised blinds, infrared heaters and rain sensor. 

Our custom pergolas are designed with you in mind, allowing you to customise and make additions that is unique to you and your home.

Features:

1. Blades section size: 200*35*2.0mm made in aluminium alloy 6005T5. 
2. Beam section size: 200*70*3.0mm and Posts section size: 150*150*3.0mm, 
3. The blades design has two grooves  for better waterproofing, it also has rubber to reduce the collision damage and noise when blades closed, 
4. All accessories are made  using  stainless steel 304 and brass H58 (without any steel and plastic) to avoid any rust and corrosion for sea climate.
5. "U" shaped gutters to collect the water from blades and a hole at the bottom of gutter to connect the down-pipe. the down-pipe hide inside the posts,
6. Finished with PVDF (service life over 10 years) not powder coated (service life 3-5 years).
7. Motor is grade IP67 - outdoor use. The motor is hidden inside of beams
8. All the beams & beams and beams & posts junction, you will never see bolts or nuts outside
9. This system has been tested for wind, snow and rain
10. Rainfall intensity: They can process rainfall with an intensity of 0.04 to 0.05 l/s/m2 , which lasts max 2 minutes, this kind of rainfall occurs on average every 10 years.
11. Wind resistance: Up to 180 km/h for closed blades
12. Snow load : Up to 200 kg/m2.
13. Comes in 4 standard frame colour options: White, Jet Black, Basalt Grey & Anthracite Grey. Custom Colours cost extra.
14. Standard blind fabric colour options: Grey, Black, White & Beige.
