Shipping policy

Most items can be shipped nationwide in NZ but will incur freight charges depending on the size / weight of the product you have chosen as well as the location where you want the goods delivered. 

From the time we receive your order, and payment has been made, we will organise shipment as soon as possible, usually about 2-3 days. If the product is out of stock, or has to be ordered in for you, we will let you know if there are to be any delays. 

Some items will be deemed as pick up only and while you can purchase on line, they may be deemed to bulky, or too fragile or too dangerous to send via normal freight.
