Shipping Policy
At Welltex NZ, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please take note of the following shipping terms:
Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days once payment has been received.
- If an item is out of stock or requires special ordering, we will notify you of any expected ETAs or delays.
Delivery Zones
We deliver nationwide across New Zealand. Freight charges are calculated based on the size/weight of your order and the delivery location:

Central Areas
Deliveries within main metropolitan areas are classed as central. These are typically inner suburbs/close to CBD where couriers and freight companies have high delivery density and shorter runs. -
Non-Central Areas (Auckland Outer, Wellington Outer, and regional towns)
Deliveries outside the central city zones, such as outer suburbs, semi-rural, or regional areas, fall under non-central. These may attract higher freight charges and can take additional delivery time.
Bulk & Oversized Deliveries
- Standard delivery is door-to-door only and does not include unloading.
- For oversized or exceptionally heavy items, unloading assistance (e.g., Hiab or similar) is the customer’s responsibility. We can arrange HIAB services from our end at an additional cost upon request.
- Deliveries are made to ground level only, unless prior arrangements have been confirmed.
Estimated Delivery Times for In-Stock Items:
- North Island: Expect delivery within 3 –7 business days.
- South Island: Expect delivery within 5–14 business days
Pick-Up Option
At checkout, select Pickup as your shipping method. Our team will contact you once your order is ready
- Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
- Pickup Location: Unit 4 / 146 Central Park Drive, Henderson, Auckland
Risk & Responsibility
Once items are delivered to the nominated address, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer. Inspect your order immediately and report any damages or discrepancies to the driver before signing the delivery slip.
Carrier liability ends upon signature. If damage is visible or suspected, advise the driver and inspect further before signing. The customer must also notify Welltex NZ of any damage as soon as possible or within 24 hours of delivery. This allows us to assist with claims and replacements. Failure to report damages within 24 hours may prevent a claim or replacement.
