Warranty Exclusions
The Motorised Louvre Pergola kitset is designed as a non-permanent outdoor structure. Warranty does not cover changes, fading, deterioration, or damage caused by environmental conditions including heavy rain, strong winds, heat from BBQs or outdoor heaters.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, unauthorised modifications, or failure to follow installation instructions.
The warranty applies to domestic use only and excludes commercial applications.
Installation Requirements
Professional installation is recommended to ensure correct assembly and operation.
The pergola must be installed on a suitable and level substrate, including:
- Concrete footing with a minimum depth of 100mm, or
- A suitable structural timber deck
For safety and warranty purposes, no alterations or modifications should be made to the pergola system.
